Who we are

What this website does
- It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. The booking form only contacts our booking inbox when you press the button.
- The quick check on the page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing. If you arrive from a link with tags such as utm_source, those tags are added to your message only if you send a request, so we can see which post or ad it came from. They are not stored in your browser.
- If you choose light or dark mode, the choice is saved in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us.
If you ask to book a call
The form sends your name, email address, preferred day and time, and your message to our booking inbox, which is hosted by Cloudflare. A program on our own computer collects the request from that inbox and then deletes it from there. If it is never collected, it deletes itself after 30 days. If the inbox cannot be reached, the form opens your own email app instead and nothing is sent until you press send there.
We use your details only to reply to you and arrange the call. We keep the request for as long as we need it for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Hosts can keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, for security.
