Automations
Stop copying the same details between your email, forms and spreadsheets. We connect them so the repeat jobs run on their own and you only handle the exceptions.
We build working AI tools and automations for small UK businesses. Book a call and tell us the job.
New companies, ready to contact
Illustration only. These are made-up companies. In real use, a company is only shown with a phone number once we have matched one, and some have none yet.
We build AI tools that take repetitive work off small businesses and marketing agencies.
Finding new-business contacts by hand is slow. Put in your own numbers and see.
Pro costs £249 once, so it pays for itself after about 60 contacts.
Newscout's time uses the speed we measured on a fresh list, about 550 phone numbers an hour. Your results can be lower in some industries, and you still send the first message yourself.
Five quick questions. You get a score out of 10 and the one thing worth fixing first. It is a self-check, not a measurement, and nothing is sent anywhere.

Fix first:
Booking a call adds your score to the message so we can start from there. You can edit it before you send.
Small, finished tools for one job each. No big platform to learn.
Stop copying the same details between your email, forms and spreadsheets. We connect them so the repeat jobs run on their own and you only handle the exceptions.
A chat or WhatsApp assistant that answers the common questions and hands the rest to you.
Custom lists and reports built around exactly what you need to find, kept simple enough to run yourself.
The software
Our lead finder lists newly registered UK companies by industry and adds phone numbers and websites where it can find them.
One person, core lead finder. The minimum to get started: no outreach tracking and no review tools.
Everything in Starter, plus outreach tracking and the review tools.
Set up for a team, with help getting started.
Search 39 industries across the UK. Each company arrives with the details you would otherwise spend an hour finding.
Fields fill in where public information exists, so some companies have gaps.
Measured on our own laptop with two workers, not estimated.
On a fresh list, two workers matched 154 phone numbers from public listings in under 17 minutes, across barbers, salons, cafes, takeaways and restaurants. They are matched, not guaranteed, so ask us how it performs for your industry first.
The same run checked 6,000 new companies and kept 195 as leads, about 3 in every 100.
The rate falls as your list fills, because the software never saves the same company twice. Industries with public listings, like barbers and salons, do best. New marketing companies usually have no public phone number, so ask us about your industry first.
A fair question
Small is the point. A company registered last month has not picked an agency yet, so you are not trying to replace anyone. You are the first conversation, not the fifth.
They are also making a lot of first-time decisions right now: a website, a logo, a way to get customers. That is when someone good at marketing is most useful.
A short call about the job you want gone. If a tool will not help, we say so.
We make a working version quickly and show it to you, not a slide deck about it.
You get the tool, a plain-English guide and help for the first few weeks.
You already start conversations with strangers for a living. That is what marketing is.
The hard part was never the message. It was knowing who to send it to, and when. Newscout gives you the who and the when, a first message to start from, and one place to track every reply.
Tell us the job in a few lines. We reply within a working day to arrange a short call.
Demo with sample times. Nothing you do here is sent.
Pick a day to see the free times.
Thanks. We will reply by email within a working day to confirm a time.
It depends on the industry. Restaurants, barbers and salons do better because they often have public listings. In one of our own tests on 150 new marketing companies, we found a verified website for 19, and a strictly verified phone number for 1. That is why we are open about it before you buy.
Company details come from the public Companies House register. Phone numbers and websites come from public listings and the company's own website, and we only keep a number when the page clearly belongs to that company.
You are responsible for how you contact people. UK rules apply to calls, texts and emails, including checking the TPS list and giving people a way to opt out. We explain the basics when we hand over. This is not legal advice.
Not yet. The installer is for Windows.
Only you. The software runs on your own computer and keeps your list there.
